We offer a wide range of products and services - charging stations for vehicles, solar products (e.g. Tentasolar), carports and photovoltaic solutions for private and business applications. To strengthen our team, we are looking for a committed and qualified installation manager in the field of solar systems (m/f) with immediate effect.
Your tasks:
- Independent installation management of solar projects - from the roof to the generator connection box (GAK)
- Management of the assembly team and responsibility for achieving targets (costs, quality, time)
- Ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards
- Contact person for customers, partners and internal departments
- Coordinating work on the construction site
- Close cooperation with the project manager
Your profile:
- Successfully completed training in a trade or technical field (electrician, roofer, etc.)
- Several years of professional experience in the installation or installation management of photovoltaic systems Technical understanding and solution-oriented thinking
- Independent and structured way of working
- Leadership qualities and assertiveness
- Business fluent in German and French
- Communication skills and high team orientation
- Willingness for occasional business trips - Switzerland-wide
- Good knowledge of MS Office
- Carrier from NIV14 advantageous
